MIDNIGHT RESCUE
Get your sleep back
Honest, research-informed support for people living with Restless Legs Syndrome — so you can understand what’s happening in your body and feel a little less alone at 2am.
Written from research and lived experience — not hype, not miracle cures.
Why Midnight Rescue exists
Restless Legs Syndrome is confusing. Most information online is either clinical and overwhelming, or anecdotal with no context behind it. Midnight Rescue exists to bridge that gap — combining research, critical thinking, and my own lived experience so you can understand your RLS instead of guessing your way through it.
This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about helping you ask better questions, notice your own patterns, and make more informed decisions — together with your healthcare provider, not instead of them.
What I believe
- Understanding reduces fear.
- There are rarely simple answers — and that's okay.
- Curiosity is more valuable than certainty.
- Hope and honesty can exist together.

My Journey
Real lessons from my own RLS story — the experiments, the mistakes, and what I wish I'd known sooner.
Hi, I'm Christin.
I’ve lived with RLS for years, and for a long time I was exhausted, frustrated, and honestly pretty hopeless and alone. I tried everything from supplements and evening routines to tracking possible triggers, but things started to change when I stopped looking for one more thing to try and started paying closer attention to my own symptoms—where they showed up, when they appeared, and how they felt. I started tracking things like sleep, food, movement, mood, and stress, and slowly I began to see patterns. That changed how I thought about my RLS, and eventually led me to create Midnight Rescue to help other people understand theirs too.
